During debug, I can see that:

ITEM NUMBER
Variable . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : &P1ITNBR
Type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : CHARACTER
Length . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 15
*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5
'21737 '

WAREHOUSE
Variable . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : &P1WHID
Type . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : CHARACTER
Length . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 3
*...+....1....+....2....+....3....+....4....+....5
'N1 '

Oh well, I decided to do it manually and ... incredible! It created the 8
items also:
CPYF FROMFILE(*LIBL/ITEMBL) TOFILE(*LIBL/I700W1)
TOMBR(PVIDAL) MBROPT(*REPLACE)
INCREL((*IF ITNBR *EQ '21737'))
FMTOPT(*MAP *DROP)

I only have this item once in the ITEMBL file but there are 7 additional
items that start with "21737" and they are being brought in ... for some
unknown reason. I know I can SQL this but the way the command is
configured should deliver what I want. Looks like a bug?

This is a good one ... :o(
