How exactly does one do this?
We have the same situation. We only had one of the two PS/PDU's live.
That was fixed yesterday. Now one is on utility and the other is on the
UPS.

Why not try going into STRSST and Service tools to look at the
problem action log. First you will see what the problem is instead of
guessing, and then you can turn it off.
