Why not try going into STRSST and Service tools to look at the
problem action log. First you will see what the problem is instead of
guessing, and then you can turn it off.

Yes it is and both have dual green lights.

BUT I looked around more and saw that the 4 port network card marked C3
has a yellow light on it's i symbol, but not on the ! symbol.
