IFS folders -- MIDRANGE-L

Does anyone know for sure if these IFS folders can be deleted? I think they are a very old version of Client Access that use to get loaded to the IFS. We have never installed Client Access from the IFS.

QMAC (This one only has a folder named RESOURCE and nothing else)

QPWXCGY
QPWXCPC
QPWXCRB
QPWXCSO
QPWXCWN
QSR (this one is empty)

If these can be removed is it just deleting the folder or do we need to uninstall a program product? We do have these products installed
