The called window has the ASSUME keyword in it.  The calling display does
not.
A          R DUMMY
A                                      ASSUME
A                                 15  1' '

All display files have RSTDSP *YES.

I'll check the COET0012 write.  I was focusing on the called program, not
the calling program.
