I performed the steps I used to shut down various processes in an orderly
fashion. Then I did the following:

STRMNTBRM RMVMEDI(*REUSE) PRTEXPMED(*NO) PRTVSNRPT(*NO) PRTBKUACT(*NO)
STRTCP STRSVR(*NO) STRIFC(*NO) STRPTPPRF(*NO) STRIP6(*NO)
LPR RMTSYS(GDIHQ) PRTQ(P01A08) FILE(QP1ARCY) DESTTYP(*AS400)
Spooled file QP1ARCY sent.
And it printed.
