The binder does not have the base64_encode in it so Scott is just using it
as an internal routine. So question is why are the routines not exported.

I went and downloaded Scott's BASE65R4 service program and put that into
production so I have the functionality.

Subject: HTTPAPI and base64_encode

This is driving me crazy. I checked the archives but don't see anything
about it.

I have been using the HTTPAPI for a long time but today I need to use the
base64 encoding routines that are included in it but when I compile the
program it says the routines are not there.

I look at the service program and it says they are not exported but I look
and the encode module is included and when I looked everything is exported
but does not show up in the service program.

I tried recompiling but still don't show the routines included.

Anybody else run into this?
