Short answer:  Yes.

The first company out of the gate with a full cloud implememtation for 
POWER systems which included IBM i is Logicalis.  (Contact Mike Martin 
in the Green Bay office)   They can do it.  Don't know about costs.  
Logicalis is a worldwide organization with well over $1Billion in sales 
so they are not going anywhere.  (I do not work for Logicalis, but about 
4 years ago I used to)

There are other startups that are getting ready to do the same thing, 
but I don't know of any that are as far along as Logicalis is.  I know 
the architect that built the Logicalis cloud, and what technology they 
are using and I believe it's a solid offering.

Does this match your business model, good question.
