Scott, I am not upset with you and I appreciate all of your assistance. You have a great depth of knowledge on the iSeries and examples you have had in the past have been helpful to me.
To answer a few other questions. Yes, I am able to open the folder when going through my windows desktop. The path name on the IFS is understood by the ERP software.
I will also look at some of the other suggestions concerning the QNTC. It is not something that I am familiar with, but I want to read up on it more so that I can have a better understanding.
I will also get with the network folks to see if they can figure out the issue as well. Thank you for the suggestion of Wireshark.
Once again, I appreciate everybody's input on the subject, thank you so much. I have picked up a few more ideas to explore.
