Echoing David's response, you will find most of the subject matter
Experts in "IBM i on Power" (the newest name for what you are running)
at the COMMON Annual Meeting and Expo. Since this one is in Minneapolis
a significant number of IBMrs will also be there since it's only about
90 miles from Rochester MN, the home of IBM i. Most all of your
questions could be answered at the "Ask the Experts" night.
Disclaimer time: I am on the COMMON Board of Directors, currently

Although I've never taken them myself, I've heard good things about Manta Technologies classes (http://www.mantatech.com).
Of course, if you can swing it, the COMMON conference is always worthwhile.
