Yes it does! It's amazing. SQL has nearly caught up to the S/38! Now all they have to do is let me position in a cursor by key, and the danged thing will be usable!

Seriously, they're getting very close to being able to replace DDS entirely. The only downside (nitpick is probably a better term) is that the RCDFMT/ADD is non-standard, obviously, but that's a moot point since it's pretty much addressing an i-specific issue.
