Are you sure image catalogs are supported from NFS mounts, I don't believe they are. I remember Larry and I both trying them in lots of different ways to get at the data on a different machine. We never did get it to work, and the guy who wrote the support from Rochester snickered at us when we suggested what we tried when we were both up there for other reasons. That said, at V7 you can use an image catalog on one partition across the "short stack" to another one but that is as close as it comes.
