I have a client that we just moved to 6.1 on a E4A.
They use GO BACKUP and the joblog from Friday's backup shows these
errors right after the configuration objects were saved successfully.

Message . . . . : Not authorized to use object QUSRSYS in library
QSYStype *LIB.
Cause . . . . . : You are not allowed to do the requested function
because you do not have the correct authority. Recovery . . . : Have
the security officer or the object owner give you the authority
needed to do the requested operation.

information.
Cause . . . . . : An unexpected error occurred while attempting to

command again.
The backup is running under QSYSOPR.
QSYSOPR is NOT explicitly granted authority to the QUSRSYS library.
*PUBLIC has *USE authority.
Has anyone else seen this error? Should I be concerned?
