A company I used to work for and still do some work for sometimes
upgraded to 7.1 last year from v5r4.

At my present employer, we're on v5r4, put looking at moving to 6.1 or
7.1 (I'm pushing for 7.1).  It is not a simple project when you have
135+ machines.
