       We have been upgrading customers since last spring to V7R1, and it
has been rock solid.  At the end of last year (2010), we were doing more
upgrades to V7R1 a week than we could really handle.  Most of the V5R4
customer upgrades we are now doing are going directly to V7R1, and that is
about the same work as going from V5R4 to V6R1.  Most of my 6.1 customers
have either moved to V7R1, or we have plans for upgrading them this spring
to V7R1.

       We have been going crazy with upgrades, but I can say with the right
planning and preparation, they are smooth.
