It looks like except for the control panel itself, everything in the expansion chassis of our 40S is non-reporting.

I tried pulling and re-seating the short, wide, L-shaped ribbon cable that appears to be the interconnect between the two sides. No joy.

DST shows the 6530 IOP as non-reporting. I pulled it and re-seated it several times; the last time, I blew into it, and caught a faint odor of cooked circuits.

Everything was working on Friday.

Anybody know where I can find a known-good 6530 IOP in a hurry?
