Existing spool files can be done on 7.1. Logic will need to be changed
(like add an OVRPRTF) on 6.1.
I was going under the assumption they just didn't want the users typing in
a command on each spool file they wanted to convert but wanted to automate
it anyway.
Then again, with some due diligence to the 7.1MTU the step to 7.1 from 6.1
isn't that tricky.

I was aware of that feature, but I assumed that the OP wanted to convert
