I would suggest trying to determine which PTF fixed it. If you can figure
out what object was fixed by that PTF you can often do this:
DSPOBJD OBJ(...) OBJTYPE(...) DETAIL(*SERVICE)
and, after you page down, you can see stuff like:
Licensed program . . . . . . . . . . : 5770SS1 V7R1M0
PTF number . . . . . . . . . . . . . :
Then you can see "this ptf good, this one should be replaced by a more
current one", etc.
Then update your website with recommended ptf levels.
A month or two before W2 time send out an email to your customers
suggesting recommended ptf levels. Realizing that some customers need
this amount of time to apply a ptf.
