As I wrote in our blog this week (

), now that the CE edition is free and there is a no charge build
component for IBM i I am going to give it a try.
However, when I had a couple of hours to spare the other day I read up
on the install process etc. and decided it was going to have to wait
until I had a day or three to spare. Man is that ever complex - which
is a great pity because a 10 user FOC license is juts what small shops
need to get started. Of course a small shop probably hasn't got the
skill or patience to go through it all but ...
I'll post here as well as the blog if I ever get anything running.
