I'm trying to determine which APIs ignore the non-extend attribute on
User Spaces. IBM has a paper under the heading "API Extends a User
Space If Extendibility Is Disabled using QUSCUSAT"
It is the first thing referenced when searching for QUSCUSAT - it is
marked as "Registration Required" but no mention of what kind of
registration. Since I'm already signed in with my IBM account to get
that far I'm confused.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to gain access - or alternatively
does anyone have a copy of the document? Preferably for V6 or later.
