While not an SQL function, one of the commands provided in the DRMETools product is a Scan/Replace Source Text command (SCNRPLSRC) that includes an audit report. You can run the command with UPDSRCFILE parameter set to No first to preview the changes. Then if it looks like you expected, run it again with UPDSRCFILE set to Yes.
