Yes, but the rules of restoring journaled objects complicate matters.

By default, if you restore an journal objects to a system and the
original journal is still there the restore object continues to use
the original journal. This is not usually what you want when
duplicating schemas.

Not quite ... a collection is a library with predefined journal's & receivers created.
