How do you count web users? (Apache)

You can probably search and find a document that explains IBM i user based
licensing. I found it recently, but didn't bookmark it. In a nutshell, a user
is any individual who "exchanges credentials" with IBM i. In other words, the
individual has an IBM i user profile, LDAP entry, or validation list entry used
to authenticate the user. It doesn't matter whether the user is connecting via
HTTP, Telnet, FTP, or whatever. If the individual exchange credentials with IBM
i, then user based licensing applies for that individual.

User based licensing does not apply if the individual does not exchange
credentials with IBM i.
