What version of iA and (less importantly) what OS level? What version of
Windoze?

I found this, which lightened my day, even if it's not an exact match:
http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200605/msg01393.html: "I had that
same problem. I sacrificed a live chicken in front of the monitor and then
burned a picture of Bill Gates and mine is working now."

Starting yesterday, I've begun getting a CWB0999 message on my PC
whenever I try to start the emulator. I'm running V5R3 CA.

I did some searching and not much showed up regarding it. I
uninstalled
and re-installed just the emulator part to see if that might fix it,
but
no change. A full uninstall/reinstall will be next if I can't find a
better solution.

The top of the error window says PC5250 License Error, but the iSeries
isn't showing any error, nor is anyone else in the company having a
problem like this.

If it helps, the return code is 9051 20dd . I can't find a list of the
return codes anywhere.
