That's nice -- but your question wasn't "how do I convince my SA to install PTFs". Your question was "how do I avoid link loader errors".

In general, if you get a link loader error, it's probably because you didn't follow the instructions! You didn't apply a prerequisite PTF that was explained in the instructions.
