Can you imagine how much press a trademark infringement lawsuit would
generate. And can you imagine how the media would spin it against IBM and
the 'legacy' system? Be careful what you wish for. Until IBM actively
promotes the os as the stable solution everyone is looking for, they would
only hurt themselves.

It would appear that even Apple has an i/os now. Is ANYONE at IBM
enforcing
trademarks or are we just going to see continued slide in iSeries/AS400
product recognition and additional dilution?
