Have any authorities been changed on IBM objects?

Does he have private authorities to anything?

Is he a member of any group profiles, have you look at those authorities?

What are the *PUBLIC authorities on you application programs and tables?

ect...

Note that if you answer yes to any of the above, taking away his
command line access _DOES_NOT_ alleviate the danger!!!
