Use STRCMNTRC. You'll have to pick the correct line interface but it will show you what's going on. You should also consider TRACEROUTE as that command will show you what hops the IP traffic takes.

I would start with traceroute. I'm betting a route or a trunk got clobbered on one of the network devices.
