Why are you trying to do this? What's the REAL goal? What problem are you

solving? Maybe if we understood that, we could suggest an alternative?

RMVMSG with those parameters clears the entire joblog ....

At present, when this occurs, the QIBM_CA_CHG_COMMAND exit program prints the joblog before it is reset. But maybe there are other ways.
