RE: Change Command Parameter

Why are you trying to do this? What's the REAL goal? What problem are you
solving? Maybe if we understood that, we could suggest an alternative?

I'm trying to prevent the command 'RMVMSG PGMQ(*ALLINACT) MSGQ(*PGMQ)
CLEAR(*ALL)' being executed.

In case the user tries to run a program that has this command inside,
nothing should happen (no escape messages or other action, just command
skipped).

I've tried with QIBM_CA_CHG_COMMAND but this command is exited as not
changeable.

Any suggestion is welcome.
