I know that IBM are trying to make the support site better - I found
his by doing some backspaces and forwards and other odd ways of
avigating. I also started with www.iseries.ibm.som instead of the one

The portal thing could be good - I haven't mastered it yet. There is a
utorial - at least there used to be, I think. You are able to customize
t for you preferences. At first, it will be a change, and change is
lways difficult. But I agree, I was used to what they had. Of course, I
emember not liking that either, at first.
This is in response to complaints that the site is hard to find things
n - heh - hope it doesn't backfire for them.
