The DEV parm on the printer file is ignored if SPOOL(*YES) is
specified. (read the help on the DEV parm).

As long as nobody comes along and changes your print file, or
STRWTR/STRRMTWTR and attaches a writer to your output queue, your
spool file will not go anywhere.

Is there a way to set this so it's guaranteed to go nowhere, and just
