May I suggest to use another email sender?
SNDDST it's old technology, if what you only need is to send an email with an attachment, I'd suggest RPGMail from Aaron Bartell
http://www.mowyourlawn.com/RPGMail.html, you'll require JDK installed on your system.
It works pretty well to just send an email. You'll need a SMTP server, but you probably already have one.

I tried to do a copy of my file from IFS to QDLS as 99LTCADDRESSTEST.TXT, but of course got a CPF error because my name is too long.
