Check into an xml validator like
http://validator.w3.org/check . This site found 3 warnings and one error. The error is in the physical address tag and looks to be a problem with having a space in the tag name causing attributes to be parsed as part of "Address" tag instead of "Physical Address"

Is it that Address_Postal_Code and Requestor_Transaction_Amount both have ending brackets? I removed the one after Address_Postal_Code, but I received the same error in the same place.
