If you know vb.net then you probably have some familiarity with MS SQL
Server. Much of what you can use there can be used here. For example,

SELECT SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME
FROM SYSTABLES
WHERE SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA='MYLIB'

SELECT SYSTEM_VIEW_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_VIEW_NAME
FROM SYSVIEWS
WHERE SYSTEM_VIEW_SCHEMA='MYLIB'

SELECT SYSTEM_INDEX_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_INDEX_NAME,
SYSTEM_TABLE_SCHEMA, SYSTEM_TABLE_NAME
FROM SYSINDEXES
WHERE SYSTEM_INDEX_SCHEMA='MYLIB'

May not catch 'all' LF's but will this work for you?
