Are you on V5R4 or up on the old 520?

Just DUPTAP them to virtual tapes, transfer them over the network to
the new machine, and DUPTAP it back to the (presumably) LTO4 drive.

You can't attach the SLR60 drive easily to a Power 6 520, because
they're SCSI. And tape drives driven by SCSI cards need an IOP. And
there's no IOPs in the Power 6 CEC. I'm not even sure if IBM has a
PCI-E SCSI card for the Power 6 machines.
