The "Current state of console tag" can not be changed. It is a protected
field and I assume it changes based on the console type. Even if I type
over the console type it does not change the tag.
At this point what I can figure out is someone was at the location where
this box was and powered on the console device there (we normally have it
powered off unless we are working on the box locally) and the iSeries box
picked it up and allocated it. I will need to make a special trip to power
off the device and get the hmc connected again, probably not until next
month some time.
