I have only used it to edit source members on the IBMi, but I do know that
an "offline" feature was added in the recent versions that might give you
what you need. So far this year I have been using RPGNextGen for 95% of my
development. It is a good editor once you get used to it (I know some have
had issue with it, which is why I put that pseudo-disclaimer in there).

Does RPGNextGen require editing from source files or does it work with
PC directories as well ?
