× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Did you look if your built-in windows 7 firewall isn't blocking?
Operations Console is using some specific TCP/UDP ports when it is looking
after your 520.

Hello, We are in the process of installing a new rack mounted 520 and
are using Ops Console to direct it. One member of the group is still on
WinXP and can connect with Ops Console to a specific device (QCONSOLE Is
disabled). Myself and another are on Windows 7 and cannot connect, only
QCONSOLE comes up as an available device, not the ones they created for
each of us.

Any ideas ? I am on the current version of Client Access, current
service pack (I also have a new computer, hence the Windows 7).
