Hi,

I'm having a weird problem with the return value in this subroutine. Debugging, at ENDSUBR, &RTNVAL = '-1'. At the IF statement after the CALLSUBR, it has a value of 0. If I put a watch on &RTNVAL, the program will break at ENDSUBR and at the IF. Anyone seen this?

CALLSUBR SUBR(SUBR01) RTNVAL(&RTNVAL)
IF COND(&RTNVAL *LT 0) THEN(GOTO CMDLBL(FIN))

SUBR SUBR(SUBR01)

CHGVAR VAR(&RTNVAL) VALUE(-1)

ENDSUBR
