Been there and done that. The problem is that if the User Id has a
password then there is no way to supply it to the resulting service.
You can specify an Id which has a pw value of *NONE but that doesn't
always seem to work either - not to mention the fact that there are
constant warnings throughout the wizard -not- to use Ids with *NONE!
As I noted before I can't find any formal documentation that covers
the topic - just the stuff that is built-in to the wizard and it
doesn't help much.
