Case in point: it appears that one has no choice but to use PC5250 for
LAN Console.
According to SC26-4351-0, "Common User Access: Panel Design and User
Intraction," (IBM, 1987), Figure 162, Pages 265-269, "Emulation Key
Assignments, "Scroll Lock" should be assigned to "Help," when emulating
a 5250 terminal. Yet that assignment breaks PC5250.
