Pete, That is the reason I'm looking into tcp controllers for printing checks etc.
What kind of devices did you use and how did they work.

I have quite a few customers with some heavy duty twin-ax printers for doing
forms. So, I think sometimes when people think Twinax they are thinking
terminals only. I am not an advocate of twinax display stations, but on
some customers who we have moved to Power6 boxes, we bought the twinax to
Ethernet conversion boxes so that their twinax printers would continue to
work.
