RE: Firmware updates for TS3310 aka 3576

I was watching the library firmware from the front panel (I launched it
from a web browser). Saw a screen that said "upgrading firmware", that
changed to "downgrading firmware". When completed I checked the firmware
levels and I am still at the old level for the library.
