Hi,

Having a problem trying to recompile all programs that use a module that I just modified. In the module, I added a call to a subprocedure in another module. Everything is bound by copy. I add the new module to the BNDDIR.

If I use our compile tool, the tool sets up the library list for the program then runs :

CRTPGM PGM(&IOBJLIB/&IPGM) MODULE(&IOBJLIB/&IPGM) +
ENTMOD(*PGM) BNDDIR(&IOBJLIB/&IPGM) +
ACTGRP(&WACTGRP) OPTION(*DUPVAR)

The program does not create. In the joblog I get unresolved reference messages, with the name of an imported subprocedure. This is because the new module also makes external bound calls. I have to find all these modules and add them to the BNDDIR. Then I have to find all the programs that use the module I modified and add the same modules to the BNDDIR.

What I don't get is, if I set up my library list from the command line and run the same CRTPGM command as the utility, but from the command line, my program creates.

Any ideas?
