I was told by my sales rep that Extol has learned its lesson and is no longer asking customers to "grab their ankles" when they upgrade their machines. I haven't put this to the test yet, but I was happy to hear it since I'd like to upgrade my machine this year and I told him that his company was the major reason I hadn't considered it prior.
