VCP support is there for developers to use when creating their own
commands. i've created many over the years and VCPs are great tools, but
adding a VCP to an IBM supplied command IMO is *not* a good idea.

Excellent point, Dennis. Once you modify an IBM command other than
changing the defaults, I believe it also comes out of *SYSTEM state -
vague memory of that. And could be problematic, seems to me.

Again, this is a vague memory and might be wrong, still, I'd not mess
with VCPs on IBM commands!
