In V6R1, IPv6 is on.

First, make sure you have the latest cume and groups for HTTP. In your hosts file, on the system, add an entry for the canonical name of your server on the ::1 entry (IPv6 Loopback address). Also, if you are using FireFox, you can put in the page about:config and then filter for ipv6 and turn off the ipv6 (double click the row) first lookup.
