Manually meaning, delete logicals, create new file in different library,
copy the file to the new version, delete the old version, move the new
version in, re-create the logicals.

No, Everything looks normal.

I guess I will let our IT department follow up on it. Thanks.

but manually it works? Nothing weird like a global on error go to the
CHGPF again but a totally unrelated error condition is happening?
