Anyone have information about the costs of the files for the Do Not Call
list? We are planning on embarking on a telemarketing strategy and need
knowensure we stay within the guidelines. Looks like the FTC won't provide
information unless you register, and I don't want to register unless I
the information. Anyone using the Do Not Call files now?
I should hope that there wouldn't be any charge for them. To charge for
the do-not-call list would discourage honest telemarketers from making
good-faith efforts to comply.
Of course, none of that seems to stop ITT Technical Institute from
phone-spamming somebody named Brandy on my do-not-call-registered
cellular phone. And I've filed a complaint against them.
